Order processing times:

We process all orders within 2 business days (not including weekends or holidays). We will notify you once your order has shipped. If you have not received a shipping notification within that time-frame please email jaski.official1@gmail.com and we'll take a look!

Refund policy:

Currently, we are not accepting returns and all purchases are final. If you ordered a clothing item and need to exchange it for a different size, please contact us directly. As long as the item is unused and in its original condition, we can accommodate size exchanges in-store. 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at jaski.official1@gmail.com. Include your original order confirmation and a photo of the damage. Refunds due to damage during shipping are addressed on a case-by-case basis.

In-store pickup:

Free in-store is available at 303 East Army Trail Road, Suite 417, Bloomingdale, IL 60108. When placing your order, simply select local pickup as your shipping option. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up, within 2 business days. 

Please bring your order confirmation with you when you come to pick it up.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping charges will depend on the size of your order and the destination. The total will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We are now shipping to all 50 states!! International shipping is not available.
