Anna Lapinski

Anna Lapinski is a Developmental Therapist with 12 years of experience who graduated from Erickson Institute where she got her Master of Science in Child Development with an Infancy Specialization. She has been providing therapy services and evaluations in the Early Intervention Program for children who need help in various areas of development (cognitive, speech, gross motor, fine motor, social-emotional and self-help). She works with clients from birth to three years old as an evaluator and ongoing therapist. The children she sees are referred to an Early Intervention Program, and as an evaluator she works with a team of therapists to determine what services the child may or may not need. She has experience working with children having various diagnoses, including Autism, Down Syndrome, genetic disorders, and overall developmental delay. She also has experience running Mommy and Me classes, developmental play groups, and a Preschool Readiness class that she created. She also teaches families about developmental milestones and age-appropriate toys. She provides services in both English and Polish.

Anna has always been passionate about child development and working with children and their families. She is a great mentor and is always willing to give advice and share her knowledge with parents who need it. Anna’s love of children and her outgoing personality are the reason why she can naturally connect with both parents and their little ones. For her, it is not just a job but a great way to live a fulfilled life while helping others. She firmly believes that empowering parents to promote their child’s growth and development is a necessary and attainable task.  

Outside of work, Anna loves traveling around the world, learning about different cultures, spending time with her friends and family, and going to the beach.
