Mentorship & Coaching:

Dr. Lapinski has served in both a mentor, advisor and coach role throughout her career. She has been mentoring students and residents since the start of her medical journey. She is passionate about working with minority students, especially the LGBTQ community. Her approach to mentorship includes assessing the learners values and goals and helping them create a mentor map. She believes in developing a longitudinal, personal relationship with her mentees.
