Dr. Lapinski has helped launch and develop several services lines and programs, including the Gender Affirming Care Service Line at Northwestern McGaw Family Medicine Residency at Delnor Hospital and the LGBTQ Patient-Centered Medical Home at Duke University Department of Community and Family Medicine. She believes in taking a community engagement approach and hearing what the needs are directly from those you serve. She is able to assist in any stage of the process including, but not limited to:
· Identifying your audience
· Conducting a needs assessment
· Identifying potential stakeholders
· Helping clarify/ fine tune mission and vision statements
· Helping to establish goals and objectives
· Guiding in the implementation of goals/objectives
· Evaluating program
